CignaforBrokers.com is an online portal for brokers who sell Cigna Healthcare® plans. It gives you personalized access to broker tools1, client information, and resources that can help make doing business with Cigna Healthcare easier.

Manage your book of business

Track your book of business, access renewal-date information, and view current and past RFP information. You can also download or print client lists.

View compensation information and reports

Access available reports and account executive information, including reports available through connected client resources.

Create custom funding solutions flyers

Make personalized funding charts for clients that can be downloaded as client-facing, Cigna Healthcare-branded PDFs. 

Access shareable marketing materials

Find Cigna Healthcare product details, plan information, and other materials you can easily share with clients.

Complete product and plan trainings

Review the Product and Plan Training Hub before client meetings and stay up-to-date on the latest changes.

Renew your broker license with continuing education courses

U.S. Employer brokers who register for CignaforBrokers.com can access continuing education (CE) to renew their license at no cost to you.2 You have one year to take the courses you signed up for.

Get one year of unlimited courses, unlimited exam retakes, CE submission to one state, and more. Once you register, you can get started from the left navigation on the broker portal.

How do you register for the broker portal?

Getting started with CignaforBrokers.com is simple:

  1. Request an access code.
  2. Check your email for the access code. 
  3. Complete your registration using your access code.
  4. Log in to CignaforBrokers.com using your username and password.

2 Cigna Healthcare is offering a limited number of enrollments in Kaplan Financial Education's Total Access CE - Life and Health at no cost to you, available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once the Cigna Healthcare capacity is filled, Kaplan Financial Education courses will still be available to portal users. However, standard fees will apply. You will incur a separate fee if any when you file for certification and report your credits to your state insurance department. This fee varies by state of licensure.

3 Pharmacy coverage is only available with medical plans administered by Cigna Healthcare.

The Cigna for Brokers website provides brokers with a personalized digital experience that offers tools that make it easier for them to do business with Cigna Healthcare, including access to a book of business, compensation and content about our solutions. This site is used by brokers selling the following products: U.S. Employer, Individual and Family Plans, Medicare Advantage and Cigna Healthcare Supplemental Benefits. The goal of the site is to enhance our relationship with brokers by giving them access to self-service capabilities to make their jobs easier, and to take some of the administrative burden off the sales team.
