Language Assistance and Interpreter Services
If you are a Cigna Healthcare health plan customer and have difficulty understanding English, we offer language assistance and interpreter services at no extra cost to you.
How can Cigna Healthcare help?
Cigna Healthcare℠ provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate with us, including written information in other formats, large print, audio and accessible electronic formats.
Cigna Healthcare also provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:
- Qualified interpreters
- Information written in other languages
If you need any of these services, please call the Customer Service number on your Cigna Healthcare ID card. If you do not have or are unable to locate your ID card, in the United States please call 1 (866) 494-2111. If you have hearing or speech loss and use Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) or a Text Telephone (TTY), dial 711 to connect with a TRS operator.
Filing grievances and complaints
If you believe that Cigna Healthcare has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance by sending an email to ACAGrievance@cigna.com or by writing to the following address:
