Our SureFit network is built around your local community for more personal and affordable care.

What are Cigna SureFit Plans?

Get all of your care within a local, community of care network.* This helps make it easier for doctors to get to know you and your specific health needs so they can coordinate your care. Plus, getting care within the community of care network helps you save money.

Cigna SureFit plan features

Employees and each covered family member must choose a Primary Care Provider (PCP) at the time of enrollment. If they do not, one will be assigned to them. They can change their PCP at any time. While not required, your PCP can help coordinate care and guide employees to in‑network specialists when needed. Referrals are never required for emergency care, visits with in‑network OB/GYN, or behavioral health providers.

Other features include:

  • Out-of-network services will only be covered for emergency and urgent care.**
  • Includes global emergency and urgent care coverage**, 24/7.
  • Access to Cigna One Guide®, for personalized guidance to help you make the most of your plan.
